Late Victorian half hunting watch with a circular dial, seconds dial and black Roman numerals enclosing a key-wind movement inscribed “Army & Navy C.S.L., 147 Victoria Str., London, S.W., 2195”, in a silver case with blue enamelled Roman numerals, the cuvette inscribed “T Shepherd, A Present From Sir Archdale and Lady Augusta Palmer, Christmas 1882”, by P.W., London 1882, D 49mm, with a key, cased (3) Provenance: Archdale Robert Palmer (1838-1906) 4th Baronet, educated at Eton, High Sheriff of Leicestershire, 1861, his wife Augusta, daughter of 9th Earl Ferrers, lived at Wanlip Hall, near Leicester?
